in order to change the world around us we must first start by making change in ourselves. that’s what I say anyways… so here’s the deal. I’m tryin to change. mostly my health… so far I’m doing good about push ups and sit ups… I’m planning on starting to run AGAIN next week when I’m back from vacation! but when it comes to eating right… not sure I’m down with that shit cause I LOVE me some delicious food! that’s all.

yesterday OSN had rehersal number 2 WITH officer Martin for the first time in like 2 years! It was bad ass! I wish the band wasn’t disbanding… And if it wasn’t I wish Chad could still be in it! That’s what’s up!

after jammn’ last nite all day today I’ve been thinking how fun it would be to be in another band… not lead though just playing rock and roll on the bass guitar. would have to be rocking though otherwise I don’t wanna waste my time gigging with a bunch of shmucks that can’t write decent songs…. i don’t know… the music it’s in my blood. I think I was born to rock!

I’m currently waiting patiently in a Dr. office for my name to be called. This time it’s just a follow up from my vasectomy… not a big deal, but Im under the understanding that I will have to ejaculate into a cup for testing to see if my sperm is dead or gone or whatever! haha! I’m extremley intersted to see how akward this is going to be. I’m also extremley nervous considering the pressure that is being put on me to jerk off! what if I get nervous and can’t do it? what if some one is watching me? what if the doctor has to do it!!! Haha… I’m sure none of that will happen but still… I’m a little nervous… not to wack pud, that will be awesome… but nervous for the akwardness waiting behind that door.
